Mrs. Radha Ambekar
Principal
An alumnus of Sophia Polytechnic, holding a GD in Commercial Art specializing in Calligraphy and Typography. She has a MFA from Aurangabad University. She has been in field of education, imparting knowledge since 25 years. Under her guidance, the students have won several awards, rewards and accolades at many competitions. She has been honoured with a prestigious scholarship as well as being jury for prominent exhibitions and examinations.
Mr. Sudhir Pawar
Head of the Department | GD. Art (Applied) | MFA (Applied)
Mr. Sudhir Pawar Head Of the Department, Visual Art and Communication. He is an alumnus of L S Raheja School of Art, Bandra, holding a GD in Commercial Art specializing in Illustration. He has a MFA from Vishwakarma Institute of Fine Art, Bengaluru. He has been a full time faculty with the Department of Visual & Communication Art for the past 18 years. Mr.Pawar also has a solid and sound industry experience.
Ms. Nandini Narwekar
GD. Art (Applied)
Ms. Nandini Narwekar is the back bone of our institute. She has 22 years of teaching experience at our institute; she truly represents what we stand for! She has completed G.D. Art (Applied Art) from L.S. Raheja School of Art, Bandra and specializes in Calligraphy and Typography. Her experience as Head of Department for 4 years plays a vital role in guiding the students through their formative years.
Mr. Sachin Arute
Dip. (Applied Art) | Art Teacher Diploma (ATD) | Pursuing GD. Art (Drawing & Painting)
Mr. Sachin Arute a qualified Applied Artist, an alumnus of our institute, specializing in Typography, he also holds a Diploma in Art Teacher program. He has been associated with our institute, as full time faculty for 13 years. His par-excellence skills in Computer Graphics are of immense help to all the students of Visual & Communication Art, Fashion Technology and Craft Teacher Course.
Mr. Bipin More
Dip. (Applied Art)
Mr. Bipin More an alumnus of our college, he has been teaching for 15 years. Under his guidance, the students have won several awards, rewards and accolades at many competitions like Kyoorius, Safe Kids Foundation, RTO, Mumbai, F-Galli. His students have also been nominated for a State Art Award & won the Majhi Metro Competition by Reliance Industries. He has been a State Art Award winner with Illustration as his elective.
Ms. Rucha Dandekar
BFA (Applied Art) | MFA (Applied)
Ms. Rucha Dandekar has been with our department for 13 years. She guides the students through the fine nuances of various subjects especially Drawing from Life, in our Visual Art and Communication Department. She has a BFA (Applied Art) from J.J. School of Art (Illustration) and MFA from Northern Maharashtra University.
Ms. Jaya Parab
BFA (Applied Art)
Ms. Jaya Parab completed her BFA from B.S. Bandekar College of Applied Art. Her subject of specialization is Photography and she has been with our department for 9 years guiding and mentoring our students through various subjects through their academic years. She has worked with B.S. Bandekar College of Applied Art for 5 years and also worked as Freelance Designer.
Ms. Purva Dalvi

Ms. Purva Dalvi Armed with BFA from B.S. Bandekar College of Applied Art ( Illustration) and MFA (Applied Art) from J.J. School of Art, Ms Dalvi takes the students through the intricacies and fine details of various subjects especially Drawing from Life. She has been with us for over 9 years. She has also worked with L S Raheja School of Art, Bandra as Faculty for Illustration. Her Illustrations were featured in Maharashtra Rajya Marathi Vishwakosh Nirmiti Mandal.
Mr. Sujeet Gore
GD. Art (Applied) | Pursuing MFA (Applied)
Mr. Sujeet Gore wields the camera with perfection. His eye for detail has earned him much love and respect from students. He has been teaching for 21 years, 17 years with the photography department and 4 years with BMM. He has completed GD Art Applied (Photography) and is currently pursuing MFA from MIT ADT University, Pune.
Ms. Swapna Sabnis

Ms. Swapna Sabnis An industry expert, she has worked with various advertising agencies. She is well experienced in all areas of Visual Art and Communication as well as Copywriting and has been teaching Theory and various other subjects for 5 years. She has completed her GD in Art Applied form L.S. Raheja School of Art, Bandra and is pursuing MFA from MIT ADT University, Pune.
